2.5 lbs gone.
So I have been strict on the points this week and I am down 2.5 lbs. Not bad! I just about killed myself on Monday this week doing The Biggest Loser exercise video. The lunges actually killed me. I am writing this blog post from the grave. I was so sore I was limping for 3 days. I know it sounds pathetic, but I am not **THAT** out of shape. (But I am pretty bad LOL) I am pretty sure it was a minor injury from doing it wrong. In any event it is healing and I am better now.
However it is ok because I am in this to win this! Me and A are hard core and always supporting each other. It has been great and working well! Finally a like minded friend that also needs to lose weight. Yay us!
So I realized I really need to write down the items and recipes I make up somewhere so expect that in the near future. I also need a list for 1 and 0 point items. Audience contributions are welcomed.
